Report; Maignan inform Milan of his transfer decision towards Chelsea transfer. What is his decision!!!

Mike Maignan has informed AC Milan of his desire to join Chelsea this summer, signaling a significant development in the ongoing transfer discussions between the two clubs.

Despite AC Milan’s efforts to retain Maignan, including attempts by new manager Massimiliano Allegri to persuade him to stay, the French goalkeeper is inclined towards a move to Chelsea. His motivation stems from the opportunity to play in the Champions League and to be part of Chelsea’s ambitious project.

Negotiations between Chelsea and AC Milan are ongoing, with Milan valuing Maignan at €25–30 million, while Chelsea has offered €10 million, citing his age and expiring contract. Despite this significant valuation gap, both clubs aim to resolve the issue with further talks planned soon.

Maignan’s potential arrival at Chelsea could lead to the departure of current goalkeepers Kepa Arrizabalaga and Robert Sánchez. Kepa, who spent the previous season on loan at Bournemouth, is reportedly open to a move to AC Milan, which could facilitate Maignan’s transfer to Chelsea.

While no formal agreement has been reached yet, the situation is developing rapidly, and further updates are expected as negotiations progress.
