GREAT NEWS : Aaron Jones Reason For Joining Minnesota Vikings….

The Green Bay Packers faced a challenging choice this off-season to part ways with their long-standing running back, Aaron Jones. Having accepted a significant pay cut of $5 million last season, Jones was unwilling to agree to another reduction in his salary.

Former Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones stated that his decision to join the Minnesota Vikings was influenced by his religious beliefs.

On Wednesday, the Minnesota Vikings held their mandatory minicamp at the TCO Performance Center, with owner Zygi Wilf notably attentive on the practice field.

This followed the team’s major move to secure star receiver Justin Jefferson with a four-year, $140 million contract, $110 million of which is guaranteed. After practicing in extremely windy conditions, players Jonathan Greenard, Aaron Jones, and Jordan Addison spoke to reporters.

Jonathan Greenard is one of the most significant free-agent acquisitions for the Vikings this off-season, having spent his first four seasons with the Houston Texans. Last season, he achieved 12.5 sacks in 15 starts, and the expectation is that he will fill the gap left by Danielle Hunter in Brian Flores’ defense. So, what does that look like?

Greenard also introduced a post-practice team bonding activity from his time with the Texans: 10-minute abs. On Wednesday, he and a group of defensive teammates spent 10 minutes performing various crunches and core exercises.

“When we first started doing this ab thing, we probably had two people out here. Now you see the DBs and the D-line joining in. Everybody is doing it,” Greenard said. “Why not spend 10 minutes on abs? Keeping the core strong makes everything else better. And having a six-pack, let’s not lie, is a nice bonus.”
