Green Bay Packers: Deebo Samuel Drops Aaron Rodgers Praise for Jordan Love.
Green Bay Packers rising star Jordan Love got himself a new fan in San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel.
Samuel didn’t hold back in his praise of Love when making his weekly appearance on the Up & Adams Show recently, going as far as to saying that the Packers quarterback really learned a lot from watching Aaron Rodgers in his first couple of years in the league.
The win allowed the Packers to secure a playoff spot and a date with the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round of the postseason.
Samuel, for his part, was particularly impressed by Love’s arm power and accuracy, as he shared to Kay Adams.
It’s hard to blame Deebo Samuel for that huge praise on Jordan Love, though. After all, the Green Bay Packers star has really been impressive in the 2023 season. In his first year as a starter, he was already able to push the team to the postseason.
Samuel isn’t the only one full of admiration for Love as well. Even Aaron Rodgers himself couldn’t help but heap praise on his Green Bay predecessor, as he even called out the critics of the youngster after he propelled the Packers to victory over the Chicago Bears.
“Well, where’s all the criticism? It’s a little quiet. Lot of shit talking was going on. Now it’s real quiet. I’m proud of him. He’s a great kid,” Rodgers shared on The Pat McAfee Show early in the week.
